School Supply List

Please take a moment to review the list and gather the items before the first day of school. Having the right supplies helps students stay organized, engaged, and ready to succeed from day one.

Elementary and middle schools in Hoke County Schools are transitioning to an "Opt-In" Device Take-Home Program. This change reflects our commitment to meeting the diverse needs of families in our district. Many families already have adequate technology at home, and this shift allows the district to better allocate resources to students who need them most while promoting responsible device use and care.

Clear Backpack Requirement

As part of our ongoing efforts to prioritize the safety and security of our schools, Hoke County Schools (HCS) has implemented additional protocols and procedures.  We know it takes a team effort of our staff, students, and parents working together to provide the safest environment possible. All students who choose to carry a backpack must use a clear backpack. This backpack can be made of a transparent material or mesh fabric.
