Membership is $5.00 per family to join 

Your membership dues remain at Sandy Grove Middle School.  We understand that you may not be able to attend every PTO meeting or school event at this time.  However, joining PTO and paying the membership fee shows your SUPPORT for your child’s school.

Please complete the information below so that your child’s homeroom will receive credit for your membership.  A receipt will be given to your child and/or sent to you in the mail.  Please find options for supporting Sandy Grove Middle School with your payment of $5.00.  Also, please make checks payable to Sandy Grove Middle School PTO.
